  • Formerly Get Kidz Fit Fest, Family Fit Fest is a FREE community expo with fun at its core. Every family member, from children to grandparents, is invited to discover how to get your mind and body right. You’ll learn how to be fit in all aspects of life: nutritionally, physically, mentally, financially, civically, spiritually, and more.

     

    Engage in educational and physical activities, plus get exposure to resources and services from over 100 businesses and non-profit organizations aimed at enhancing and improving everyone’s quality of life.

     

    Proceeds from sponsorships, exhibitors, and donations help keep Family Fit Fest a FREE event for the public to attend with FREE PARKING, FREE Health Screenings, FREE Immunizations and activities!
